Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) is a nonprofit and nonpartisan 501(c)(3) organization, providing leadership development programs and educational services to students and young emerging Latino leaders.

For alumnae: Impact Fellowship The Education Pioneers Impact Fellowship helps turn rising leaders’ skills and passions for social good into new, tangible leadership opportunities that support educational excellence and equity for all students. Designed for strategic, creative problem solvers with experience in data or project management, the program applies Fellows’ skills to a 10-month work placement at an education organization.
